'Owl' Collograph print by Diana Poliak

This unique artwork is an original handmade collograh print, not a copy, by local artist Diana Poliak.

The print is framed and measures 42cm wide x 52cm high overall.

Most of Diana's paintings, prints, poems and ceramics are inspired by her enthusiasm for natural history, fantasy, fairytale and folklore. These interests often inspire her creations to be exaggerated and sometimes whimsical.

After a Foundation Course at Maidstone Art School, and Business Studies Diploma from Medway College of Technology, Diana Poliak worked in London for ten years in the Fashion,

Film and Media business. She then relocated to The Pantiles in Tunbridge Wells, where she ran her own boutique and Art gallery, followed by a Fine Arts Degree from West Kent College, (University of Greenwich). She now works from her studio Athyrium Atelier at Wrotham Heath, creating a number of artworks for home and garden.

Her work has been exhibited in The Royal Academy in London in 2013, 2016 and 2018, and her poems and short stories have been aired on BBC Radio Kent.
