*Must be booked in advance, including any additional treatments (subject to availability).
*Please advise Reynolds Retreat of any medical issues such as pregnancy, diabetes, cancer, blood pressure etc. or any dietary requirements you and your guests have, such as pregnancy, nut, gluten-free or vegan. Only selected treatments are available during the first trimester of pregnancy. 
*Any amendments to your booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance, including any changes to treatments or dining.
*Spa Etiquette: Arriving late will mean that your treatment time is shortened. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
*Lockers are available within the club; however, Reynolds Retreat cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred whilst visiting the club.
*If you are having a spray tan, please wear loose dark clothing.
*For pedicures, please bring along a pair of flip flops or sandals.
